Reading

Read a text about client feedback and customer reviews.

Writing

Write a positive customer review (80–100 words).
Include:

• at least 3 linking words

• 2 adjectives in -ed / -ing

• specific details about the service or experience

Speaking

Describe a situation you successfully handled at work.
Explain:

• what actions you took

• what the result was
