Delegating tasks

Writing task: You want to travel for work and you ask your assistant to organize everything (hôtel booking, flights..). Write short instructions (60 words minimum).
Listening and speaking: watch this video, Your friend decides to get trained and climb Mount Everest. You give your opinion on their decision, explaining the context, and you give them some instructions to avoid polluting the environment during the expedition.
