Written Task ; Write a short message to a colleague who suggested having a 3-hour team meeting every Friday afternoon to review project progress. In your message, you must explain why a 3-hour meeting on Friday may be too heavy or unproductive for the team. You may also propose an alternative solution.
Speaking Task:You are part of the finance team of a company. Your manager has just presented the new payment process she designed. Prepare a feedback in which you start with a positive comment, explain clearly an issue you have identified in the process, suggest a concrete improvement, end with a constructive conclusion.
